- Head west on Terminal Road.
- Take a right onto Airport Road and follow for about 2 miles.
- Take the ramp onto I-90 West.
- Drive on I-90 West: 10 miles
- Exit 57 US-16 West to Mount Rushmore / Custer
- US-16 West around 7 miles
- Take a right onto Skyline Drive
- Drive on Skyline Drive about 2 miles to Big Sky Lodge on your left.
From Downtown Rapid City:
- Continue down Mount Rushmore Road/US-16 West.
- Follow US-16 West for about 5 miles.
- Take a right on Skyline Drive.
- Skyline Drive turns left (heading south) at about 2 miles to the Big Sky Lodge on your left.
From Mount Rushmore:
- Travel northeast on SD-244 East for 3 miles.
- Merge onto US-16A E/SD-244 E and go about 9 miles.
- Follow US-16 East for another 9 miles.
- Turn left onto Skyline Drive.
- Continue on Skyline Drive approximately 2 miles to Big Sky Lodge on left-hand side.
